Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 03, 2025

C-Suite Brand Agency (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or the "Company") is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of our users (hereinafter "you" or "Data Subjects"). This Privacy Policy delineates our practices concerning the collection, processing, use, disclosure, and protection of your personal data in connection with our website and Services. We operate in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and other pertinent international data protection frameworks. As a data controller and/or processor, we implement stringent measures to ensure data minimization, anonymization, and pseudonymization where practicable.

1. Categories of Personal Data Collected

  • Identifiers and Contact Information: Including but not limited to name, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn profile URL, job title, and organizational affiliations.
  • Professional and Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, pages accessed, interaction timestamps, and referral sources, collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • Sensitive Personal Data: We do not routinely collect sensitive data (e.g., racial/ethnic origin, health data) unless strictly necessary for Service provision and only with your explicit consent pursuant to GDPR Article 9 or equivalent provisions.
  • Third-Party Sourced Data: Data obtained from authorized platforms such as LinkedIn, subject to your consent and API terms.

2. Methods of Data Collection

  • Direct submission through forms, consultations, or communications.
  • Automated collection via tracking technologies (e.g., Google Analytics) for usage patterns.
  • From third-party sources with your authorization, ensuring compliance with data transfer regulations.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes, grounded in legal bases under GDPR Article 6 and analogous laws:

  • Service Delivery (Contract Performance): To optimize LinkedIn profiles, generate content, and provide analytics.
  • Communications (Legitimate Interests/Consent): For updates, newsletters, and support inquiries.
  • Analytics and Improvement (Legitimate Interests): To enhance Services through aggregated, anonymized data.
  • Compliance and Legal Obligations (Legal Requirement): To adhere to regulatory mandates, including audits and reporting.
  • Marketing (Consent): Direct marketing only with opt-in consent, revocable at any time without affecting lawful processing prior to withdrawal.

Data anonymization is employed to irreversibly de-identify information, rendering it non-personal under GDPR Recital 26, for statistical and research purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We disclose data to:

  • Processors and sub-processors (e.g., cloud providers, analytics firms) bound by data processing agreements ensuring GDPR-compliant safeguards.
  • Affiliates for operational support.
  • Regulatory authorities where legally compelled.
  • In corporate transactions, with notice and safeguards.

We do not sell personal data as defined under CCPA/CPRA §1798.140(t). All sharing adheres to data minimization principles.

5. International Data Transfers

Given our global operations (Texas, USA; Bangalore, India), data may be transferred internationally. For transfers from the EEA/UK, we utilize adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other mechanisms per GDPR Chapter V to ensure equivalent protection levels.

6. Data Security Measures

We deploy state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures, including encryption (AES-256), access controls, regular security audits, and pseudonymization techniques, to mitigate risks of unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. In the event of a personal data breach, we shall notify affected Data Subjects and supervisory authorities as mandated by GDPR Article 33-34 or equivalent laws.

7. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, typically not exceeding six (6) years post-contract termination for legal compliance, or shorter if requested. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

8. Data Subject Rights

You possess the following rights, exercisable without undue delay:

  • Access (GDPR Art. 15): Obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of your data.
  • Rectification (Art. 16): Correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten," Art. 17): Delete data under certain conditions.
  • Restriction (Art. 18): Limit processing pending verification.
  • Portability (Art. 20): Receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection (Art. 21): Oppose processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
  • Withdraw Consent (Art. 7): At any time, without retroactive effect.
  • Automated Decisions (Art. 22): Not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effects.

For CCPA/CPRA: Rights to know, delete, opt-out of sales (none occur), and non-discrimination. Requests to contact@csuitebrand.agency; verified and responded within 30-45 days. Complaints may be lodged with the Information Commissioner's Office (UK), relevant EU DPA, or California Attorney General.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We utilize cookies for essential functionality, performance analytics, and targeted advertising (with consent). You may manage preferences via browser settings or our consent management platform. Detailed cookie information is available in our Cookie Policy.

10. Children's Data Protection

Services are not directed to individuals under sixteen (16) years. We do not knowingly process children's data; if discovered, such data is promptly deleted.

11. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Policy. Substantive changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice, with continued use constituting acceptance.

12. Contact and Data Protection Officer
