Problem We Identified
The client’s profile was barely active, limiting exposure to new partnerships. They were in Quadrant 1 (Low Visibility, Low Credibility).
We began with a Network Health Audit, which revealed key barriers to visibility. The client had fewer than 300 connections, many of whom were inactive or irrelevant to their goals. Their LinkedIn profile lacked clear industry positioning, and their feed was entirely inactive. They sat in Quadrant 1 — low visibility, low credibility — effectively invisible to leaders in the AI and DeepTech space.
To address this, we redesigned their LinkedIn profile for relevance and impact. The new headline, summary, and experience sections were rewritten to speak directly to the AI ecosystem. We highlighted the client’s vision for AI’s role in business transformation, included real examples of projects they had led, and added keywords to improve discoverability among AI innovators, founders, and researchers.
Next, we built a visibility-first content strategy, rooted in narrative. The content calendar featured stories from the client’s personal journey in AI, insights from industry wins and failures, and timely takes on ethical AI — all delivered in a human, non-corporate voice. The goal was to create content that felt relatable, not promotional.
We then executed a targeted industry engagement campaign, identifying 500+ relevant leaders in AI and DeepTech. The client actively commented on trending posts, added thoughtful insights to polls and discussions, and consistently showed up in conversations that mattered. This increased their visibility and established a point of view that others began to recognize.
As a result of this sustained effort, the client began to attract organic connection requests from peers and prospects. Their consistent posting and valuable engagement positioned them as a thought partner, not just another participant. We engaged with these new connections intentionally, creating loops of ongoing interaction and credibility.
To ensure traction, we amplified content performance through community participation — encouraging peer tagging, reposting, and meaningful dialogue. Over the course of 90 days, the client maintained a consistent presence without missing momentum.
